What format are the files in?

The toolkit and journals are delivered as high-quality, printable PDF files. You can print them at home, use a professional printing service, or import them into digital note-taking apps.

How do I receive my purchase?

Immediately after your purchase is confirmed via PayPal, you will be redirected to a download page. You will also receive an automated email from Payhip with a secure link to your files.

I didn't receive my download email. What should I do?

First, please check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder. If it’s not there, it's possible there was a typo in the email address during checkout. Just reach out via my contact page and I’ll manually resend it to you!

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final. However, if you have any technical issues with your files, I am 100% committed to making it right. Just send me a message!

In what order should I read your novels?

Most of my stories can be read as standalones. If you've purchased The Heaven Trilogy, start with The Enemy of Heaven. If you've purchased The Novel Outline Toolkit, start with the book - How to Outline a Trilogy.

Are your books available in paperback?
